Discover your training space
You should have received credentials to log into the BITS genePattern server. The following pictures will show you where data and tools can be found during this training session.
On the Home page, click on Modules
Scroll down to reach the group of modules: VIB_var_training
These are the modules used today and put together for your convenience
When you need training data in a module, you will be presented a block like below
Click on the 'Add Path or URL...' to get acess to the training data
The data store is divided in folders, open today's folder
The folder is divided in subfolders for each exercise where you will find the required exercise input files
We can now start the training with the first exercise
