The SRA Toolkit, also known as the SRA System Development Kit (SDK), will allow you to programmatically access data stored within SRA and convert it from the SRA format to any of the following formats:
- AB SOLiD native
- FASTQ
- SFF (Roche 454)
- Illumina native
The SRA toolkit is available in versions compatible with Linux, Windows and Mac operating systems.
